EASY all the time!

Does your Rice Life apparel not fit? Need a different size or color? We will be glad to exchange or refund your items within 30 days of delivery.  Items must be in unworn, unwashed condition with original tags attached.

Contact us for a return form, place your item back into the original packaging, and include a copy of the return form.  Securely seal the package and drop off at your nearest mail service (UPS, Fedex, USPS, etc. location.  More detailed instructions are included on the requested form.

How can I return/exchange my Rice Life apparel? Fill out the requested return form and place your item back into the original packaging.  Securely seal the package and drop off at your nearest mail location.  More detailed instructions are included upon request. If you happen to be in North East Arkansas you can also contact us to see if we can make arrangements to meet and exchange or refund you. 

How long does the process take? Typical turnaround time for returns/exchanges is about 1-2 weeks once we receive the item(s) at our warehouse. (During the Holiday Season, it could take up to 1 month) For faster turnaround, please use an expedited shipping service and shoot us an e-mail at customerservice@myricelife.com. We will do our best to accommodate your request.

If the original purchase was made with a credit card, we will credit the credit card for the returned item(s) upon receipt and confirmation of their condition. Items must be in original condition and must be returned within 30 days of purchase.  Shipping charges are non-refundable. If we are unable to exchange or repair the item to comply with your request, we may, at our discretion, issue credit to Rice Life.

What if my product is damaged? If any of your products comes defective or damaged, we will be happy to get you a non-damaged item. If the gear is damaged from normal wear and tear, we can help you get a new item with a fair price.

What if I bought Rice Life at a different store?  If you have purchased Rice Life through a retailer, check the store's return policy. Most retailers honor returns and exchanges. If there is a problem, feel free to contact us at customerservice@myricelife.com and we will do our best to help.

  • Items purchased online may be returned or exchanged by mail or in-person when reasonable.
  • For a full refund returns must be made with the original receipt or packing list and              merchandise must be in its original condition.
  • Returns by mail without a receipt or packing list require an order number, name and address.
  • Shipping & Handling fees are non-refundable, unless an item is damaged or defective.
